How do I pay you for an online lesson?
All payments are made via Venmo or PayPal.
Can I reschedule a lesson if I cannot make it?
I always aim to be flexible with rescheduling lessons. We are all busy and have ever changing schedules. The more flexible we all can be, the easier it will be for me to shift lessons around in the event of a scheduling conflict. As stated above, lessons must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. The earlier you call, the more likely I can accommodate you!
What is your cancellation policy?
Lessons MUST be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled session time or the lesson must be paid for in full.
The occasional sickness or a lesson falling on a holiday can all be expected! But in order to learn properly, lessons should continue on a weekly basis for the most part. Multiple cancellations within one term will result in a stunted growth for the student, a waste of time for me, and waste of money for you. If this becomes the case (but only after a serious discussion), I may be forced to fill your lesson time to accommodate another student.
